BY APPOINTMENT
There are many great reasons to invest your time and money into a private and personal yoga session. Here is a short list of some of the top picks:
- It may be that you are new to yoga and feel shy to join a class.
- You may be an experienced yogi but find yourself in a slump and in need of inspiration for your personal practice
- Some postures that seem easy for others feel awkward and hard and you would like guidance on alignment or form,
- You may be recovering from an injury, surgery or illness and a group class is not appropriate for you, instead you need one tailored to your needs
- You may also wish to explore other aspects of the ancient practice of yoga that are not a focus of group classes such as: breath work, Ayurveda, meditation techniques, or yoga philosophy.

WHAT IS THE PRICE WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES
Individual "walk in" is $ 15.00 per person . Class card $50.00 for 5 sessions nontransferable, good for 6 monthsOne month unlimited $ 100.00 - non transferable good for any regularly scheduled class
IS REGISTRATION AND SIGN UP REQUIRED?
Yes! Please sign up at least 8 hours before the start of the session or class In case of cancellation due to weather or otherwise space is limited, Sign up for all classes is required,
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable and flexible clothing. Bring water.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT AND OR PROPS ?
Mats and props are available to barrow free of charge. bring only yourself and
your open heart and good intentions
IS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF YOGA A REQUIREMENT?
In most cases, no. if you are a complete novice it is recomended that you join one
of the more gentle slow classes.
DO I NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT OR FLEXIBBLE TO JOIN? No. come as you are.
