At our Ananda Pavilion, we offer weekly yoga classes, workshops, and wellness gatherings in a peaceful jungle setting designed to support rest, movement, and reconnection. Whether you are new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, our classes are welcoming, accessible, and guided with care.
Through breath, mindful movement, and body awareness, each practice creates space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. With a slower pace and meditative approach, students are encouraged to move with intention, breathe deeply, and explore the body’s natural rhythm and alignment.

Hatha Yoga
Moderate & Rejuvenating
Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:00–9:15 AM
A balanced and grounding practice combining yoga postures, breath awareness, and mindful movement. This class focuses on building flexibility, strength, and body awareness while cultivating calm and mental clarity.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking a well-rounded practice.
You can expect to leave class feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to both body and breath.
Gentle Yoga - Restorative & Restful Sundays | 5:00–6:30 PM
A gentle and restorative practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep relaxation. Through soothing movement, breathwork, and meditation, this class encourages rest, body awareness, and inner stillness.
This practice is ideal for beginners, those recovering from stress or fatigue, or anyone seeking a softer and more supportive approach to yoga.
Classes are adaptable to individual needs and encourage students to move at their own pace while cultivating ease, clarity, and balance.
