In this class you can expect a slow pace relaxed approach with a focus on holding poses,  breathing deeply and moving with a meditative apporach. Tapping into the bodies wisdom and intuition and exploring the dynamic ways the body moves and breaths.

You can anticipate leaving class feeling refreshed, with a sense of improved flexibilty, a clearer mind and greater over all sense of tranquilty

With mindful movements and rythmic breathing, this class offers you a perfect blend of flow and precision for a holistic practice. We  engage in gentle cardio and fluid movement which foster both strength and flexibility.

 You can expect to develop greater body awareness, explore your bodies individual alignment of bones and joints and  leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required. is fine for any level of experience and any body type. No need to be flexible.

Private Yoga class 

can include up to 3 people

BY APPOINTMENT  

There are many great reasons to invest your time and money into a private and personal yoga session.  Here is a short list of some of the top picks:

  •  It may be that you are new to yoga and feel shy to join a class.
  • You may be an experienced yogi but find yourself  in a slump and in need of inspiration for your personal practice   
  • Some postures that seem easy for others feel awkward and hard and you would like guidance on alignment or form, 
  • You may be recovering from an injury, surgery or illness and a group class is not appropriate for you, instead you need one tailored to your needs 
  •  You may also wish to explore other aspects of the ancient practice of yoga that are not a focus of group classes such as: breath work, Ayurveda, meditation techniques, or yoga philosophy. 
There is no better way to deepen your personal practice and get to the nitty-gritty of it all then getting some "one-on-one" time.

WHAT IS YOUR LOCATION

Balance Point Wellness  at the Ananda Hill Top Pavilion is located about 1/2 mile down

Paslow Falls Road on the left hand side, in Bullet Tree Village, Cayo District. scroll to the

end of the page to see the google maps link 

WHAT IS THE PRICE  WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES 

Individual "walk in" is $ 15.00 per person . Class card $50.00 for 5 sessions nontransferable, good for 6 monthsOne month unlimited $ 100.00 - non transferable good for any regularly scheduled class

IS REGISTRATION AND SIGN UP REQUIRED?  

Yes! Please sign up at least 8 hours before the start of the session or class In case of cancellation due to weather or otherwise space is limited, Sign up for all classes is required, 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 

Wear comfortable and flexible clothing. Bring water. 

DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT AND OR PROPS ? 

Mats and props are available to barrow free of charge. bring only yourself and

your open heart and good intentions

IS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF YOGA A REQUIREMENT?   

In most cases, no. if you are a complete novice it is recomended that you join one

of the more gentle slow classes. 

DO I NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT OR FLEXIBBLE TO JOIN?  No. come as you are.
