At our serene Ananda Pavilion we offer weekly yoga classes to the public.  We also sponsor Yoga events, and workshops designed to nurture your body and spirit.   (check out the events page) Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, our welcoming space is here to support you.

Weekly Yoga Schedule:

  •  Hatha Yoga -Moderate & Rejuvenating -
    Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:00–9:15 AM

Explore the extraordinary powers of Hatha Yoga which combines yoga postures, profound breath awareness, and mindfulness practices. Whether you are new to yoga or just wanting a well-rounded yoga practice, this class provides a perfect balance between enhancing flexibility, increasing strength, cultivating inner calm, and overall well being.

In this class you can expect a slow pace relaxed approach with a focus on holding poses,  breathing deeply and moving with a meditative approach. Tapping into the body's wisdom and intuition and exploring the dynamic ways the body moves and breathes. You can anticipate leaving class feeling refreshed, with a sense of improved flexibility, a clearer mind and greater over all sense of tranquility

  • Gentle Yoga - Restorative &  Restful
    Sundays | 5:00–6:30 PM

    Unwind and relax with soothing poses and breathwork, perfect for releasing tension and restoring inner peace.  Perfect for beginners, or those wanting a light, stress releasing and restoring practice.  Discover the profound serenity of this gentle restorative yoga,  combined with  soothing breathing and meditation practices. Experience a sense of calm, mental clarity, and heightened body awareness while delving into relaxation and self-discovery. This class is all about  making time for you, making all the readjustments and adaptations you need to  unwind, release stress and cultivate inner peace. ​ You can expect to develop greater body awareness, explore your body's individual alignment of bones and joints and achieve greater mental clarity.  

All weekly classes are open to the public, and walk-ins are always welcome. 

$15 bzd per person. cash only. mats and props provided.

Personalized Yoga  

         PRIVATE SESSION BY APPOINTMENT  

  •  There are many great reasons to invest you time and money into a private and personalize yoga session for yourself. It may be that you are new to yoga and feel shy to join a class.
  • You may be an experienced yogi but find yourself  in a slump and in need of inspiration for your personal practice .  Some postures that seem easy for others feel awkward and hard and you would like guidance on alignment or form,  You may be recovering from an injury, surgery or illness and a group class is not appropriate for you, instead you need one tailored to your needs  You may also wish to explore other aspects of the ancient practice of yoga that are not a focus of group classes such as: breath work,
  • Ayurveda, meditation techniques, or yoga philosophy. 
  • There is no better way to deepen your personal practice and get to the nitty-gritty of it all then getting some "one-on-one" time.
