Office Hours
Our office is open daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Daily. Closed Mondays. All sessions are by appointment only. Please fill in the Appointment form to Request an appointments for massage, spa treatments, Maya Healing, and Yoga.
Location
We are located on Paslow Falls Road in Bullet Tree Falls Village, Cayo District, Belize. For directions, please CLICK HERE to see the Google Maps link at the bottom of this page or visit our Google Business page for reviews and more details.
Our office is just 1/4 mile down Paslow Falls Road on the left-hand side. Look for our entrance signs on your left hand side. There is parking is available for all clients.​
Payment Information
Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.

Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit are accepted. Please note: a 5% bank and service fee applies to card payments.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.
Because time and preparation go into each session, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 BZD fee, payable before your next session.

General Conduct

All treatments are for therapeutic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical conditions.

Treatments are conducted only if the therapist determines they are safe for the client at the time of service.

Sessions will be immediately terminated if a client is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or engages in inappropriate behavior. Termination will also occur if, at any point during the appointment, the client engages in illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, and/or other illicitly inappropriate behavior.
Health Concerns & Considerations

Our treatment spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between sessions.

An air filtration system is in place for your safety.

You are welcome to request that your therapist wear a mask, and you may wear one yourself.

If you are experiencing cold, flu, or contagious symptoms, please cancel and reschedule.

Clients with certain medical conditions may be asked to provide doctor’s clearance before recieving treatment.
Client Arrival & Comfort

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork.

Wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry when possible.

Out of respect for all guests, we ask that phones be silenced while in the treatment area.

By participating in any activity, service, retreat, or event offered by Balance Point Wellness Belize (hereafter referred to as “BPWB”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Personal Responsibility:
You understand that participation in yoga, movement, breathwork, massage, sauna, spa treatments, outdoor activities, retreats, and any other services offered by BPWB involves physical and emotional exertion that may pose risks. You affirm that you are in good health and have consulted with a medical professional regarding your ability to participate, if necessary.
2. Assumption of Risk:
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you may incur as a result of your participation in BPWB offerings.
3. Release of Liability:
You hereby release, waive, and discharge BPWB, its owners, directors, staff, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, property loss, illness, or inconvenience incurred during or as a result of participation.
4. Hold Harmless Agreement:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BPWB and all associated persons from any liability, claims, or actions arising out of your participation, including but not limited to negligence or omission on the part of BPWB.
5. Medical Treatment:
You give consent for BPWB staff or facilitators to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf in the case of illness or injury. You understand that any medical expenses are solely your responsibility.
6. Travel & Environment:
You acknowledge that BPWB is located in a natural environment in Belize, which may include uneven terrain, wildlife, weather conditions, and limited access to certain medical or emergency services. You understand and accept these inherent risks.
7. Reservation Agreement:
By booking a service, retreat, or event through BPWB, whether online or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Hold Harmless Liability Disclaimer in full.
