Balance Point Wellness – Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

1. *Validity Period*
   Gift certificates are valid for 6 months* from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be clearly noted on each certificate.

2. *Non-Refundable*
   All gift certificate purchases are *final* and *non-refundable*.

3. *Non-Transferable*
   Gift certificates are *non-transferable* and may only be redeemed by the individual whose name appears on the certificate.

4. *Services Covered*
   Gift certificates may be applied toward *massage services only*, unless otherwise specified. They may not be redeemed for retail items or other services without prior approval. 

5. *Scheduling & Availability*
   Appointments are subject to therapist availability. Advance booking is required,  especially during holiday and peak periods.

6. *No Cash Value*
   Gift certificates hold *no cash value* and may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. If the service rendered is less in value then the certificate the retrun can be put towards a credit for other Balance Point Wellness servises 

7. *Lost or Stolen Certificates*
   Balance Point Wellness is *not responsible* for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates.

8. *Promotional Discounts*
   Holiday gift certificates purchased at a discount (including the *20% holiday promotion*) may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

9. *Single-Use Value*
   Gift certificates may be used for a single session or applied as credit toward a higher-priced service. Any unused balance is *forfeited*.

10. *Late Arrivals & Cancellations*
    Standard Balance Point Wellness cancellation and late arrival policies apply to all appointments booked using a gift certificate.
