Reserve the Ananda Guesthouse exclusively for your group and enjoy a private,

nature-immersed retreat experience. With cozy cabin-style accommodations,

shared spaces, and close access to the pavilion and spa, your group can settle in,

connect, and unwind in a peaceful jungle setting—fully your own.

There is a 10% facility fee for the exclusive rental of Ananda Guest House Accommodations to secure full private use of the Balance Point Wellness facility and surrounding grounds, ensuring full and uninterrupted access to all wellness spaces, nature trails, garden areas, as well as river tubes and bicycles for the duration of the retreat.

Optional Transport Coordination (Full-Day Use) Groups are welcome to arrange their own transportation for their excursions if preferred. For ease, we’re happy to coordinate a trusted local driver and a comfortable, reliable vehicle for your group. This option is designed to support a seamless and enjoyable full-day outing, allowing you to relax and fully experience the journey. Pricing includes private van rental, driver, and fuel. Please note that final pricing may vary slightly depending on your selected destinations, itinerary, and changes in fuel costs. capacity is 14 people COST PER DAY $390

Cancellation Policy

If You Need to Cancel or Change Dates

A 20% deposit of the total accommodations and facility fees (including pavilion use) is required to secure your retreat or facility rental dates.
Dates are not confirmed until this deposit has been received. This initial deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the property exclusively for your group and allows us to begin preparations and coordination for your retreat experience.
A second payment of 50% of the total balance, covering accommodations, facility use, services, food catering, and all scheduled retreat activities, is due 4 months prior to the retreat start date. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Final pricings will be adjusted based on confirmed guest numbers and any selected add-ons, and reflected in the official invoice.
Quoted rates are based on an estimated group size for your retreat. Should the final group size fall below 8 participants, pricing will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly to reflect the fixed and variable costs associated with hosting the retreat.
We recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance to support flexibility and peace of mind in the event of unforeseen changes or cancellations.

One-time reschedule allowed 60+ days in advance (no fee)
Changes within 60 days will include a fee
Unforeseen Circumstances - In the event of circumstances beyond your control (e.g. severe weather, travel disruptions), we will do our best to reschedule your group, when possible.

Group Size Changes

Final headcount due 14 days before arrival
Reductions after that are non-refundable
We will do our best to accommodate an increase in numbers of participants

Good to Know

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
We’ll always do our best to help reschedule in unexpected situations
