We’ll begin with soothing restorative postures designed to support your body in total comfort—using bolsters, blankets, and props to invite stillness and ease. As you settle in, you’ll be bathed in the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments that help quiet the mind and release stored tension. $40 per person All props and equipment included.
