Terms & Conditions – Sound Bath & Restorative Evening

By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment
Advance sign-up is required to reserve your space. Payment is due at the time of the event and is accepted in cash only. All prices are listed in Belize Dollars (BZD).

2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. As each session is thoughtfully prepared and space is limited, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will still be responsible for the full payment

3. Event Changes or Cancellation
Balance Point Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled date or alternative arrangement.

4. Health & Participation
This event includes restorative yoga, sound therapy, and guided meditation. By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate.
Please inform the facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the session. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

5. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that all activities are undertaken at their own risk. Balance Point Wellness, its facilitators, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation.

6. Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun in order to maintain a quiet and uninterrupted environment.

7. Respect for Space & Experience
To help everyone fully enjoy the session, we ask that you to keep phones silent and move gently through the space. Your presence and mindful energy support a calm, restorative experience for all.

8. Accommodation (if applicable)
Guest house accommodations are limited and subject to availability. Advance booking is required and are subject to separate terms and fees.
