This hands-on workshop on Spiritual Bathing offers deep insight into a sacred practice passed down through Thelma’s lineage, carried through generations of Maya women and now shared with care and intention. This workshop offers deep insight into an ancient practice that continues to hold powerful relevance today—both as a healing ritual and as a living expression of Maya cultural heritage.

We begins with a guided plant walk through the surrounding jungle, where Thelma will share her extensive knowledge of the native plants used in spiritual bathing. Each plant is selected not only for its medicinal properties but for its spiritual significance—chosen with intention, respect, and connection to the earth.
