Cash is the Preferred Method - USD and BZD accepted
Debit or credit cards may be processed (on site) at the Balance Point Wellness office. (Add a 5% bank and processing fee)

A lot of planning goes into making these events happen so, If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We appriciate your undestanding and dilligence in this matter.
If you prepay using one of the online options, refunds or credits toward future workshops may be issued if you cancell within 24 hours of the event
A $50 cancellation fee will be required if participants cancell within 24 hours of the event or if you are "no show"

Participation involves physical activities such as guided movement, breathwork, and hands-on practices.
By attending, participants acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
Please inform facilitators in advance of any health conditions, injuries, or restrictions that may affect your ability to participate.

Please arrive 15 minutes before to allow for check-in and settling before the start time.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
A respectful, supportive environment is expected from all participants. All events at Balance Point Wellness are substance free.
You will be asked to leave if there are inappropriate conduct

A nourishing food and drinks are sometimes offered as part of the workshops. Meals are family sit down style. there will be vegetarian and gluten free options available unpon request.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Participants for all workshop, retreats and events are responsible for their own transportation to the venue. (unless otherwise agreed in the events particulars)
Guesthouse lodging is available through Balance Point Wellness (Ananda) and additional local accommodations can be recommended upon request. we offer a 10% discount on guesthouse accommodations if you are participating in workshops or events here at Balance POint Wellness.

Photos or video may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a facilitator at check-in.
Rest assured that your personal information will remain private and used only for workshop event -related communication and never shared with the general public or sold under any circumstances. Please do not ask us for other participants contact information.
