This deeply restorative experience combining sound healing with Yoga Nidra. The workshop is held on a monthly basis on the last Saturday of every month and will begin with gentle restorative postures, allowing your body to fully relax while being immersed in the calming sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The session will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice—a meditative relaxation technique that promotes deep rest, reduces stress, and supports nervous system balance.
